This page describes how the site is managed with reference to the processing of personal data of users who consult it.
This is a policy that is made pursuant to articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR UE 2016/679 and of the current national legislation, to those who interact with the web services of SYLENYX SRL, accessible electronically from the address:

The policy is provided only for the SYLENYX SRL site and not for other websites eventually consulted by the users through link.
The information is also inspired by Recommendation no. 2/2001 that the European protection authorities of personal data, gathered in the Group established by art. 29 of directive no. 95/46 / CE, they adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify some minimum requirements in terms of online personal data collection, and, in in particular, the methods, times and nature of the information that the data controllers must provide to users when they access to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the link.
1. The “Data Controller”
Following consultation of this site, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed. The “data controller” is SYLENYX SRL, which is based in Via della Croce Rossa 112 – 35129 Padova (PD).
2. “Data Processor”
Not providing external treatments to SYLENYX SRL, for this site it has not been designated any external data controller pursuant to art. 28 of EU Reg. 2016/679 and of current national legislation.
3. Place of data processing
The treatments connected to the web services of this site take place at the aforementioned headquarters of the Company and they are only handled by technical staff in charge of processing.
No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disclosed.
The personal data provided by users who request dispatch of informative material (mailing list, newsletters, answers to questions, etc.) are used for the sole purpose of carrying out the service or provision required and are not disclosed to third parties.
4. Type of data processed
4.1 Navigation data
The IT systems and software procedures necessary for the functioning this website during their normal exercise acquire some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but for their very nature could allow the identification of the users, through the processing and association with data held by third parties.
This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users that connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requests, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating the reply of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the operating system and the user’s IT environment.
These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes to the detriment of the site: except for this eventuality, at present the data on web contacts is not stored for more than seven days.
4.2 Data provided voluntarily by the user
The discretionary, explicit and voluntary transmission of e-mails to the addresses specified on this site, including through the compilation of specific forms, entails the subsequent acquisition of the address of the sender, necessary in order to reply to the requests, as well as any other personal data entered in the correspondence.
The data shall essentially be processed for the following specific purposes:
- Requests for information on the services provided directly by SYLENYX SRL;
- Reports of any kind, including those sent through the Contact Form;
- Sending company information newsletters, if subscribed to the appropriate service;
Specific summary information will be gradually provided or shown on the pages of the website designed to offer particular services on request.

5. Optional Data Supply
Except as specified for the navigation data, the user is free to provide the personal data entered in the request forms or in any way specified within the context of contacts to request the transmission of newsletters, information material or other communications.
Failure to provide such data may entail the impossibility to obtain the service requested.
6. Processing Procedure
Personal data are processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
7. Transferring your data abroad
The personal data supplied, entered through this website or through other websites, may be transferred to other countries by us or by our agents, for the purpose of satisfying the contractual obligations and mandatory intra-group and/or franchising communication requirements, fully in compliance with articles 44 and s.s. of the GDPR 2016/679, or due to exclusively technical reasons connected to the structure of the Information System of the company and/or the application of technical and organisational security measures considered to be adequate by the Data Controller (see art. 32 of the aforementioned GDPR no. 2016/679).
8. Data Subjects’ rights
Those to whom the personal data refers have the right, at any time, to obtain confirmation of whether such data exists or not, and to know the content and source thereof, to verify its accuracy or to request its integration or updating, or rectification (articles 15-22 of the EU Regulation no. 2016/679 and national laws and regulations in force).
9. Right of Complaint
Interested parties who believe that the processing of their personal data carried out through this site occurs in violation of the provisions of the GDPR 2016/679 have the right to complaint to the SYLENYX SRL Institute, as provided for in the art. 77 of the GDPR 2016/679 itself, or to apply the appropriate judicial offices (art.79 of the GDPR 2016/679).

Notice to European users: this Privacy Policy has been drawn up to comply with the requirements provided for by articles 13 and 14 of the EU GDPR no. 2016/679, and with the provisions of the Directive 2002/58/EC, as updated by Directive 2009/136/EC, on Cookies. This Privacy Policy applies only to this website.
11. Data Storage time:
The data supplied shall be stored in our archives according to the following parameters:
- As regards any data provided voluntarily by the user: until the delivery of the service (“storage limitation principle”, art. 5 of the EU Regulation no. 2016/679) or based on the expiry dates provided for by law. The obsolescence of the data stored, based on the purposes for which it was collected, is verified periodically.
